Prof. Aamer B. Ahmed
Aamer has been a consultant anaesthetist for more than 20 years having been appointed to Glenfield Hospital in Leicester UK, a world renowned centre for excellence in cardiothoracic surgery and ECMO. He graduated from Nottingham Medical School and undertook anaesthetic training in the East Midlands region in the UK. He gained specialist cardiothoracic anaesthesia training at Papworth Hospital in Cambridge and now undertakes all aspects of complex adult cardiothoracic anaesthesia and transoesophageal echocardiography.
