Mary Erslon

Mary Erslon, RN, MS, MBA  Senior Director  Medical Science, Patient Monitoring and Respiratory Interventions 

She joined Mallinckrodt in 1999 directly from a career in clinical nursing.  I was fortunate to stay with the company through many mergers and acquisitions, acquiring a diverse set of functional leadership experiences in Health Economics, Reimbursement, Professional Clinical Education, Medical Science and Program Management. 

She currently leads the Medical Science, Medical Education, and Health Economics, Policy and Reimbursement teams for Medtronic’s Patient Monitoring and Respiratory Interventions groups, where they focus on development and communication of evidence supporting our portfolio.
