Dr. Richmond Chang, MD, DPBA, FPSA

Dr. Richmond Chang is the Clinical Applications Leader for Anesthesia and Respiratory Care for ASEAN in GE Healthcare. He completed his medical degree from the University of the Philippines College of Medicine, belonging to the prestigious INTARMED program, offered only to the top 40 out of thousands of applicants to the university. He finished his Anesthesia residency training from the Philippine General Hospital. He was a Medical Specialist in Anesthesiology at San Jose District Hospital. He was also a Medical Officer at Sta Ana Hospital. He is a Diplomate of the Philippine Board of Anesthesiology. He is a Fellow of the Philippine Society of Anesthesiology. He is currently pursuing his Masters in Distance Education from the University of the Philippines Open University.
