Heidi Dondlinger

Heidi Dondlinger brings 20 years of experience in global product and people management. She leads multi-functional, often global teams in strategy and market creation, business model innovation, and life cycle execution. In all her roles, she loves being creative, solving problems, and elevating people.
Heidi’s views her role at GE HealthCare is as customer advocate, creating solutions that deliver on outcomes that matter to them. As Strategic Portfolio Product Manager, she dives deeply into the user experience, learning the user challenges and what progress they want to make, in order to design a solution that helps them change behavior, invest wisely, and drive patient outcomes. 
In 2021, Heidi Co-Founded Orion Motors LLC, bringing the same customer focus and creativity to solving unmet needs in the recreational vehicle space. 
Heidi is also active in her community, serving on the board of Present Music, as well as co-leading the Milwaukee GE Girls STEM summer camp for local middle school girls.
